Your Data’s in Safe Hands – ISO27001 Accreditation

The Face Facts Research team recently completed our ISO27001 annual audit and passed with flying colours.

The accreditation is the international standard for information security. The standard was upheld by Face Facts auditors the British Assessment Bureau who completed a process-based audit, focussing on significant aspects, risks and objectives. Face Facts were delighted to pass the audit once again with no majors or minors – renewing their ISO accreditation in recognition of meeting all the required standards.

ISO27001 recognises the agency’s ability to handle, manage and store data securely and confirms that Face Facts is fully compliant in meeting a range of criteria.

The accreditation reassures clients that their data will be effectively and securely managed and helps Face Facts to win more contracts where the ISO accreditation is a mandatory element for awarding projects.

Talking about the accreditation, Julie Gaughan, Joint Owner said:

“Our overall objective as a business is to consistently provide first-class services and innovative solutions that exceed all expectations. Securing the ISO27001 accreditation for another year is welcomed recognition for all our hard work in ensuring data security is at the heart of everything we do.”

ISO27001 is a framework that helps organisations to establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continually improve and is something that Face Facts is proud to have achieved and maintained year on year since 2017.
