Rach began her career in client‑side insight roles before moving agency‑side as a full‑service researcher. Her experience across the full research cycle gives her a deep understanding of client needs and project delivery.
Julie Gaughan (Joint Owner)
Jules started her career in fieldwork project management and logistics. Her first research role involved building and later directing UK‑wide fieldwork teams, giving her strong operational expertise and hands‑on knowledge of what it takes to deliver high‑quality research.
