Face Facts Team Expands as Research Demand Soars

Face Facts Research agency in Leeds continues to grow. Having recently expanded its in-house team and rewarded 4 staff with promotions, the company is already recruiting again for additional post holders.

With additional demand for research projects and new client wins secured, the award-winning fieldwork agency is looking for their next appointment to help manage the demand for qualitative and quantitative research, including the post Covid return of face-to-face interviews.

Having recently welcomed Jaime Lamouri into the Account Management team, Rob Weston (formerly PwC) is set to join the agency next week as a Senior Data Executive to complement the established Data Team. 

Face Facts is now actively looking for talented market research professionals to join the client management team, an Account Manager vacancy (or Senior depending on experience) is live and being actively recruited for – and the team is always on the lookout for research experts as they continue to grow. The current vacancy is ideal for someone with strong project management skills and market research experience to bring added expertise to a close-knit and highly skilled team.

Talking about the agency’s growth, Joint Owners, Julie Gaughan and Rachel Hoy commented:

As UK Covid-19 restrictions were lifted the agency based in Headingley welcomed the return of face-to-face interviewing. Face-to-face research is such a valuable source of insights to clients large and small. Shopper intercepts – that take place mid-shop or immediately after a customer has shopped; interviewing at events to capture in the moment research/results. Whilst virtual and alternative research methods served a purpose during Covid, in certain situations nothing can replace face-to-face interviews.

Recent recruits Julie (Julie B) and Amanda joined the company at the end of summer to bolster the operations team, report that:
